Stevedoring and cargo handling
Quayside-to-stack handling for container, ro-ro and bulk with on-dock equipment sized for the largest vessels in service.
Our stevedoring crews work 24/7 across all five terminals. Container handling uses ship-to-shore cranes rated for 24,000 TEU vessels, with twin-lift spreaders on the new generation cranes at Harbor Point. Ro-ro operations use dedicated roll trailers and 12-tonne forklifts for project cargo. Bulk operations use grab unloaders and a fully enclosed conveyor loop that keeps dust inside the terminal.
Every move is logged to our terminal operating system, so a shipping line representative can see the progress of a specific bill of lading in real time — not just the daily summary.
