Formula: base = perTeu[size][type] × teu; reefer = reefer.perDay × dwell × teu (if reefer); dwell = max(0, dwell − 5) × dwell.perTeuPerDay × teu; terminalAdj = subtotal × surcharge; low/high = mid × (1 ± 12%).
Estimates use the published Quayline tariff schedule. Final invoices include destination charges, customs duties and any berth-specific adjustments.
