Harbor Point berth extension announced for 2027
A 400-metre quay extension at Harbor Point will accept two additional 24,000-TEU vessels alongside.
The Harbor Point berth extension adds 400 metres of quay and two new ship-to-shore cranes rated for 24,000-TEU vessels. Construction starts in 2025 with piling, and the first crane is scheduled to commission in 2026. The extension is funded from operating cash flow and a green bond issued in March 2025.
